Rates:

Our rates are a multiplier of the official rates set in place by Gravity.  We have increased the rates on our server to make leveling and hunting less tedious, but still slow enough to enjoy the game and it's beauty.

• Max Level: 99

• Base Experience Rate: 10x
• Job Experience Rate: 10x
• Quest Experience Rate: 5x

• Item Drop Rate: 10x
• Card Drop Rate: 10x

• Boss Item Drop Rate: 5x
• Boss Card Drop Rate: 3x

NPCs:

• Healer: Replenishes your Health and SP to full.
• Warp Agent: Allows you to teleport to the entrance of many dungeons.  Some dungeons require quests to access, and some charge a small fee.
• Job Master:  Upon reaching the required level, the Job Master will change you into your next job.
• Dye Stylist: Changes your current look across multiple hair styles, hair colors and cloth colors.  Make yourself unique!
• Stat and Skill Resets: Reverts your stats and/or skills back to zero, and allows you to respec.  Change up your build and refine it over time!
• Platinum Skills NPC: Get the quest skills for your class quickly without the hassle of going through long quests!
• Mailbox: Transfering items and zeny has never been so easy! With the mailbox (in every town!) you can write messages to friends without them having to be online!

Features:

• Arena! Pit your team against another for PvP supremacy, held weekly. Click here.
• Multiple PvP rooms.  Some have objectives, some are guild only, and some are for dueling!
• Main Chat: Allows you to communicate with players quickly and is the perfect medium for selling and buying items! You can use this feature by typing in @main before your message, or by PMing "main".
• War of Emperium!  The huge Guild Versus Guild event is in full force!  We have custom castle treasure drops to make fighting for the Emperium that much more intense.  For a full list of the WoE Castle Drops, click here.
• IMPORTANT! If you are a new guild or bringing a new guild to the server, click here.
• Private Dead Branch Rooms:  You can purchase dead branch rooms for yourself, your party or your guild, and not have to worry about any outside interference!  These rooms are also equipped with healers and item vendors for selling items.
• Sidewalk Vending: We only allow vending on the sidewalks of Prontera.  This is to reduce clutter and keep things a little more organized for our players and economy sharks (do those exist?) .
• Endless Tower:  Test yourself and your friends against the seemingly endless ninety nine floors of monsters!  Ragnarok Online's first instance is fully enabled here at Rapture, with extremely difficult, never before seen boss monsters at the end.
• Unique Events: We like to get involved with the community, so events are plentiful here!  We host random in-game events, set up big events through the forums, and even do random forum events with our users.  There is also a prize currency you can collect and save to redeem really nice prizes!
• Experienced Staff:  We all started as players, so we know both sides of running a Ragnarok Online server.  We're here to have fun, just like you, and that's easier when our staff team has an average of 5 years and a combined 20 years experience both playing and moderating.
• Our Server Host:  We only run with the best.  Dedicated, fast, lag free with 99% up time.  The only thing stopping this game from being played is if you decide to sleep. We're hosted in Chicago, IL.

RaptureRO is run off of the new Renewal Client.  Here is a small list of a few large improvements that come with the Renewal Client:

• World Map!  See where all the towns and fields are, as well as zones for leveling!  There is an overlay layer that displays leveling spots for each level.
• Complete control over keybindings!  You can set up your client to use the 1-9 keys instead of the F1-F9 keys for skills if you want.  Heck, you can use any keys you want for skills!  Completely customizable.
• Macros!  Now you can make your own macros just like in other popular MMO's.  There is a lot of potential with them.
• New interface!  It's a lot sleeker but still looks like RO.  Any Ragnarok veteran will feel right at home, while still recognizing all the improvements of how the interface looks.
• Quest window!  There is now a quest window for Ragnarok Online!  None of the old quests support it yet, but all future quests are coded for it and the old quests will be reverted to the new system over time.
