Staff Changes

Lots of drama revolved around Legion and Scarlett. It's not a very fair option, but I've decided to let them go. Not to be mean but they are not extremely vital to the server, and the unavoidable drama really needed to go.  I'd like to extend my thanks to them for doing their best and I hope they enjoyed their time with us.  Whether they decide to play is unknown to me, but we may see them around, who knows.
Blinzer will continue to stay and do the Rapture Wars event.  He's back by the way ;D
